REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled provided that it is not yet processed. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. If your item is already processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 3-7 days processing)
- your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
- your item is not a sale item. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
* To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us via email to start your return if it is within 30 days.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- you change your mind on the item and if you ordered the wrong size
Refund Approval and Rejection (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only allow replacement of items if they are received defective or damaged. For damaged items, we require a picture proof of the defect as well as the packing slip. If you need to exchange it for the same item or would like a full refund, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Errors in sizes are non refundable/ exchangeable.
